A hot dip galvanized steel sheet. The thin plate is immersed in the molten zinc groove, so that the surface is glued to a thin plate of zinc. At present, the main use of continuous galvanizing process production, that is, the continuous dip into the steel plate in the molten zinc plating bath made of galvanized steel plate;
b Alloy galvanized steel sheet. The steel plate is also made by hot dip method, but after the slot, it immediately heats up to about 500 ℃, so that the zinc and iron alloy is produced by film. This galvanized sheet has a good coating of dense and weldability;
C Galvanized Steel plate. This galvanized steel plate is manufactured by electroplating process. But the coating is thinner, corrosion resistance is inferior to hot dip galvanized plate;
D-Side plating and double-sided differential galvanized steel plates. Single-sided galvanized steel sheet, that is only on one side galvanized products. In welding, coating, anti-rust treatment, processing and other aspects, has better than the double-sided galvanized sheet adaptability. In order to overcome the disadvantages of single-sided zinc coating, there is a thin galvanized sheet coated with zinc, i. e. Double-sided differential galvanized plate;
(e) Alloy and composite galvanized steel sheet. It is made of zinc and other metals such as lead and zinc alloys and even composite plates. This steel plate has excellent anti-rust property and good coating performance.
In addition to the above five, there are color galvanized steel sheet, printed coating galvanized steel sheet, PVC laminated galvanized steel plate. But the most commonly used is still hot dip galvanized sheet.
Galvanized steel plate can be divided into general use, roofing, architectural exterior panels, structural use, Washi board, La and deep-dip galvanized steel.
